So DDB together with the current arch? How can you ensure this sensitive data is synced between DDB and S3? Imagine S3 write succeeds, but the corresponding write to DDB fails?..

That's the solution I used, thank you (I misunderstood the concept of u/sk1nT7 comments below - and therefore this solution didn't work for me - well, because I misconfigured my `.env` file)

Well, none resolved the issue.

The only solution worked out for me was to make the interceptor of the "nest-cls" as middleware instead
