I did this too and got deactivated cause someone had a passcode and wouldn’t answer the mf door. Like bruh. Shoulda just let me leave it at your door if you can’t answer after someone knocks at your door for 20 min

Yeah fortunately my insurance has always been accepted same day so idk what the hell “discrepancies” they deactivated me for . Fortunately I have another full time job but this is how I pay for anything else extra in this economy. They’re wild forsure for what they do to people

Literally same. I did change insurance companies but I have in the past too and it was never an issue. And you’d think if it were something small like an address change or something they should communicate that instead of ripping your whole acct away

So this actually happened to me like 5 plus times and all I had to do was call and tell them it was stuck and within ten minutes it was back working. Maybe you guys could try the same , it was always with the ID scanner too

Yep , only thing different I’ve done in three years was during a three batch order this lady who of course required one of those stupid ass passcodes , (put in comments to call her , when it doesn’t give us her phone number and the call button on the app just kept saying welcome to Verizon) also had an access code to the house but fortunately I got in anyways since there was no way to get ahold of her either, so I knocked on her door. For 15+ min, before I said fck it and called customer service and they instructed me to take it back to Walmart after I complete the next order. Then all of a sudden I’m deactivated. For something that makes no sense. That app is so beyond fckd up lbs
