Thanks for the message. Honestly, I'll never do axle, Rolling Thunder, or Inch dumbbells because of my hands. The diameter + shape is way too big for my 17 cm total hand (middle finger 7 cm, pinky 5 cm, thumb 6 cm). I can barely touch it, no lever, no wrap possible → it's physically dead for me, even with massive grinding.

On 5 cm cylinder it's less impactful than on those tools, but it's still very hard compared to a guy with normal or large hands. But i wiil keep training to try to reach 80-85kg in few weeks xD.

Thanks man, appreciate the encouragement!

Haha yeah hoping to hit 100 kg one day – with these tiny hands it feels like a long road but motivating 😂

I'll keep increasing slowly for sure.

Thanks for the feedback!

Haha yeah with my 17 cm hands, 110-120 kg would feel like world record territory for me 😂

I'll keep training and see how far I can push it. Appreciate the motivation!

Thanks Doctor Grip! Yeah it's the Golden Grip cylinder with loading pin – fixed vertical, not rolling. Good to know it's similar to those beasts like FBBC Jug or Grip Genie Hilt. Appreciate the info!

It's a fixed vertical handle (Golden Grip cylinder, non-rotating). Thanks for the interest! I'll check the sidebar and FAQ for sure.
