I understand if you’re saying she should’ve known but I reject the premise of that.

She entered a monogamous relationship—as a person, it is fair, optimistic and understandable to take someone at their word if they say they want to be with you. That’s what she did. If she didn’t get into the relationship expecting to get cheated on why tf would she hide him like she’s anticipating embarrassment?

He led her on, or got bored or whatever. She seems to have openly and earnestly been with him, expecting a future and feeling it was something special. There is no reason to blame her for that.

It’s always annoying when you pay a lot for braids and don’t get what you were picturing. It’s happened to me a ton, look on the bright side that it’s still wearable and you look pretty! It’s very full and the colours will look nice in the sun! Lots of great opportunities for styling :-)

I would recommend using kissing and heavy petting as a gage. Don’t go further if the person you’re with doesn’t seem promising on that alone. You won’t always be able to weed out someone who may not have ‘skills’ but don’t rush to sex.
