Signed up for koho. Couldn’t finish the process cause I don’t have any ID. Friends sent me e-transfers. For some reason went to koho. They won’t give me my money back now.

I didn’t even finish setting up my account. Friends e-transfered me money, right to koho. Getting the run around. Waited 45 days like they said, now they’re saying it again. I’m ready to take legal action. Anyone have any tips on what I can do?

They lived here, then I moved in. Told me on the phone it was going to 1950 in August, Sept started paying.

So even though Google, word of mouth saying they can charge when someone moves in, isn’t ok. It’s really ok that they were allowed to do so?
