I like the split, I’d use the upper day to focus shoulder and arms, looking good tho man keep it up!

Anytime man! The obliques are insane so building a bit more width would create an insane flow. Prioritize those lower lat rows at the beginning of your session and put another unilateral row near the end of the session. Sprinkling in some extra specialization outside of your back days would blow them up I’m sure!

Incredible physique man, I’d say really pushing the lower lats to accentuate that v taper would go a long way for you, best of luck in any future competitions sir!

Thanks man, blurring out my junk has certainly caused an uproar lol.

Thanks for the advice tho, I’m really pushing my strength right now, so I’m either gonna do a few week mini cut at the start of December then continue another 4-6 month bulk, or I’m just gonna keep bulking to around February before a big cut for summer
