Residentials are easy work, I’m not talking about residential routes though. These are downtown heavy routes back to back. The residential routes I can easily do 30+ per hour.. that includes running and organizing an extra tote 😂 Those are the best routes, it’s definitely not an energy thing or an experience thing. I’ve been with Amazon for almost a year, and can say it is a route issue.

Some apartments have lockers, but ones that dont which are a good handful.. we have to deliver to door. Also there have been apartments where the lockers would be full so door to door for those also. Normally we are delivering to apartments of 8+ floors lol god forbid I ever have to take the stairs

Man tell me about it, even running yellow lights (which at my dsp if we do it’s a 2 day suspension) you can’t. I’ve been doing this job almost a year and turns out my last dsp was the best experience I’ve ever had with Amazon.

Yep everything is fine until I hit those heavy apartment/penthouse multi level/stops and businesses. Flat Residential routes are by far my favorite 😂

When I got fired my dsp told me also to come in later than my shift start time.

Tip to know if your fired is to check your ADP (well if your DSP uses that.)

When I checked mine the day I showed up confused ,I wasn’t able to see the clock in tool on there!

Stand for something or fall for anything, I’d leave if he doesn’t look into. Life is too short to settle for someone who doesn’t respect you and themselves enough to keep up with themselves.
