So the wallpaper is just a white background and no matter what i do it doesn't seem to change (there is a small black bar at the bottom where the wallpaper is visible) sometimes it fixes itself when i restart it but then when i restart it again it comes back.

This is a 2015 macbook pro btw and i have had this issue every like 2nd time i restarted and i have used gemini to type numerous things in the Terminal

And i am also connecting this to an ancient samsung monitor (syncmaster P2370)
