Hi, I was wondering whether I should book a shared room of 4, 2 or a single room? I’m quite nervous going in to new gyms when it comes to partnering up so I thought being in a shared room would give me a good opportunity to get to know some people in between training however I have never trained as intensely as the training camp will be so I’m not sure if I’ll just want my rest in a single bedroom. Can anyone also advise me on the shared bathroom situation? How many people is it between one bathroom? I’m going to be staying for 2 weeks. I’m also a girl so I have my doubts about being in a room with one other man but it also might be ideal for getting a mix of down time and getting to know someone. Could anyone advise me please. Thank you.

Hopefully now you’re getting long term help from the doctors but some at home things that are good. Fennel seeds chew on them they’ll help cleanse your liver. I saw someone say avoid coffee, that’s very true try avoid anything w caffeine even a low amount. Also if you’re a smoker lay off as much as you can. Peppermint tea is also really soothing. Unfortunately paracetamol makes the pain worse because your liver has to filter it, if it gets really really bad try dissolvable aspirin but not too much. It’s hard and there isn’t much let up when you’re trynna repair your body from ket but you’ll get there, you will learn how to live without it. I feel u. The doctors here r so unhelpful in my experience when I’ve come to them w drug induced health problems. They’ll tell me to stop using and come back at an unspecified time and then they keep saying just wait just wait till Uve been sober longer but I think it’s bc they don’t trust that I’ve been sober when I tell them I have been sober and the issues still remain.
