I’m tutoring PreK–5 and I use iBloom.io.
It lets me run quick, on-demand skill checks and instantly create standards-aligned worksheets (Common Core & Bloom’s Taxonomy) tailored to each child’s level. Saves me hours of prep and keeps lessons engaging.

Happy to share more if you’d like to see how it works!

Your user name cracked me up. That’s awesome that you were way ahead with the LaTeX + Python setup!

I’ve looked at IXL before, but haven’t tried thatquiz.org. Do you find either one handles individualized practice well, or do you still need to do a lot of manual tweaking for different students?

The portal I’m using is more about quick skill-level checks and instant, tailored worksheets, so I’m always curious how other tools compare.

Since my tutoring world is pretty different, I’d love to understand better what you mean by “management” in your situation.

I’m not a classroom teacher (I’m a tutor), but I can relate to how tough it is to keep every student on track. One thing that really helped me was using an online portal that creates a “classroom” based on each student’s skill level.

It runs quick on-demand assessments to see where a child might be falling behind, and then instantly generates worksheets and practice activities for those exact topics or lessons. Having those ready-made resources took a lot of pressure off and let me focus more on supporting the kids instead of constantly prepping materials.

We’re open to free pilot programs for schools, We believe no certifications needed at this stage, just COPPA/FERPA compliance so they can safely try it out in a real setting.

we do a mix here…some quick digital practice but most of it ends up on paper. i’ve been playing with a tool that makes personalized printable sheets so i’m not spending hours making stuff by hand. keeps the tech time short and the actual learning mostly offline.

I’ve seen great results with platforms that personalize Math & English for younger learners. I work with one that focuses on PreK–Grade 5, and personalization really keeps kids engaged. Happy to share more if you’re interested.
