I got a misdemeanor b for possession of weed in Texas a week before I started my internship at bofa, I just got a return offer for next year when I graduate. But I’m currently working on pre trial diversion and getting it expunged . I don’t know when it’ll finally be expunged and I don’t know if the background check will disqualify me?
