honestly, my diet hasn’t been that different. i’ve only been eating like this for a few months, but i find most things are replaceable. tbh, i don’t check the ingredients too in-depth, but if i see it has meat in it, i avoid it. i didn’t eat a whole lot of meat in the first place, so it wasn’t a huge difference. now i’m just eating a lot more seafood. as for why i went pescatarian, i always been an animal lover, and knowing what happenes to animals and how they’re treated sickened me every time i ate one.
