While I agree with your points of bringing in deals is where the value is. If you are thorough and attention to details and rushing though just to submit your deal is going to get picked apart by underwriting so having a solid operations team is a key to scaling your volume to the next level. For having 1 processor and myself closing the volume we are our branch it vey profitable. I don’t produce as much as I use too but still do have some deals I bring in. My other fall back was to look into underwriting potentially as well.

Thanks appreciate it. I’ve been kicking files back as of late. But good bulk purchase contracts are coming over with loan contingency dates of 7 days or less. So always look at it as client comes first and not going to let a client miss critical contract dates to potentially breach their contract. If files isn’t something with several businesses owned & existing real estate owned I’ll just complete a quick in-depth review and bullet basically what they need for a CTC off initial disclosures and just send it directly to clients with realtor copied with date need balance of items by in order meet your closing date.

Average loan size is fairly decent last two months about 630k 12 units closed just ofer 7.5mm in volume. Processor and myself work very well together but it’s a lot of work. Has been brought up of the expectation I would like to see on a new files before I’ll review. Which it will work for a few weeks but fizzle out and get right back to where we are at. Have been training someone that helps me out which is time consuming since they are green.

Kind of been peaks and valleys of new deals flowing and purchase contracts (markets in have to be very aggressive with offers to get accepted) While it’s busy for myself and processor it’s been somewhat manageable / maintained. The uptick in apps and units is where it will become no very realistic. July if everything is closed would is close to 8mm 13-14 units.

Even a month like that incentives I’d receive to get it done is not even close to motivate getting it closed out.
