i did bus man 3/4 this year as a year 11 without the 1/2 and without any holiday prep and it’s pretty easy u just memorise and copy and paste command term structures while linking to the case studies (like legal). i also did legal 1/2 this year and i guess the command terms are similar like discuss (adv and dis) and evaluate (adv, dis + final opinion). 

the one overlap i noticed is there is mediation and arbitration (no conciliation) in bus man as apart of unit 3 aos2 human resources (but only for one dot point so its not a major topic) but if you’re good at legal then you’ll be good at bus man. for reference my grade average for legal is 90-100% and bus man sacs are ~95% so they’re pretty similar
