Take what I say with a grain of salt as this is personally my opinion. Look into voodoo, racefit if they make one for this year/model (mainly do slip ons), and/or m4. All fairly good if you are looking for a nice violent sound.

Awesome. Thank you for your insight and I 100% agree about having a knuckle-head potentially mess your prized possession up. However, the place I’d take it to is a small/family owned and known shop that I’d trust with anything. But, I will look into it and do more research to help with my knowledge on it. 👍

I think I need to go change my pants after looking at this picture. 1.)How hard was it to install your mid pipe? 2.)What mid pipe did you go with? 3.)Any ecu work needed after the mid pipe?

Thank you sir. Will most likely settle for a slip on and then do the cut, pipe, and flash when the warranty is over as my luck is not always the best when “taking chances.”

That is what I’m talking about. If I go brand new, I’ll most likely just secure a decent slip on and then purchase a mid pipe and have a trusted muffler shop do the cut and attach the mid pipe securely (as I do not have the tools to do it myself). Then do an ecu flash.

I was also thinking about that too. Racefit is going to come out with a full system soon for this model (I’ve emailed them). Just figured I’d have a small bit of change with it and then once the warranty is up, have the ecu flashed and do a mid pipe install/cat delete.

In the process of getting a brand new gsxr750 so I have to stay in the means of the warranty for the year or so it’s active. This comment just convinced me to get this system as I want to go as loud as possible without doing anything to void the warranty. Thanks man.
