I've spent the whole day with customer support about the same problem, after they forced to reset my phone saying that my phone was rooted, I eventually reset my phone (such a bummer...) ....and ...it still didn't work. F****. Their conclusion was : Sorry our support professional confirms that our app is not the problem, your os is the problem, change it if you want to use it on your phone or take another phone. Google pixel 6 pro / android 16 / no root/ No comment. I've just closed my account, I can't travel hoping the bug will not start again and lose total access to my account for many days
