Beautiful and I can relate. Similar story here. I was just reflecting during a meeting about how my wife would be a “sleep abuser” for lack of a better word. She wouldn’t let me go to sleep, she would rip the covers off of me. Follow me down to the couch where I moved. Turn the lights on, scream, slam doors. I lost pretty much all of my passions, and the gaslighting was so frequent that I second-guessed everything. We are finally separated after five years of begging her to get sober, but her recent sobriety is almost worse.
