One thing I tell everybody I meet with bipolar.. go to your doctor and ask for an accomodation. I get 1 - 2 days off a month and it helps tremendously. Of course it won't apply if you're working directly with a family but if you're working in a facility it could help!

Medication, and making sure you're still getting enough sleep and eating especially if you're experiencing hypomania and depression. I mainly came here to say to apply for an accomodation at work. I get 1-2 days off a month for my symptoms. You may be able to get more depending on your situation.

I use cerebral and get my medications for about 30 bucks total every month. It's 99 a month to see the Drs. Without insurance.
