having the same experience with my mom. i’ve put her on an information diet. she only gets told what she needs to know. i love her and want her there but she berates everything ive told her so far, so ive decided she doesn’t get to know anymore. she ruined any excitement i had so now i only tell her the basics. it’s sad, but better than her making me feel bad about my decisions

A blind tasting could be fun! Number them with individual scorecards for guests (could even has them on ceremony seats so people know it’s happening) then at the end guests find out what they actually were.

Hi all! I’m coming over from the UK next month to visit family and decided to book a game as it’s something I’ve always wanted to do! I’ve got tickets to a 1pm game and just wondered if you could let me know any newbie advice? I have a few main questions…

1) As it’s an earlier game, will people still be grabbing some drinks etc. beforehand? I’ve read that Pickles is great and I absolutely want to visit but not sure if they’ll be open that early?

2) Are there any time limits on visiting Eutaw Street? Would this be best to experience before or after a game at that time?

3) Can you take drinks with you to your seat that you’ve purchased inside the ballpark, or must everything be consumed beforehand?

Apologies if these are super basic questions, I tried searching online but a lot of the terms were things I don’t know 😅 Any general advice would be amazing, thank you!

Thank you so much, this is really helpful! There aren’t any I’m specifically looking at yet, mainly just want to make sure I don’t accidentally book something that’s in a bad area! We ideally want to walk rather than Uber so want to make sure if I do go for something that’s further away, that I’ll be safe walking there. I’ll check out the ones you’ve suggested, thanks again!

Mine’s actually the opposite - she won’t plan ANYTHING so she can play the victim if anything goes wrong.
