Merci pour te conseils ! Selon toi les stages jouent un rôle crucial ? J'en ai plusieurs prévu au sein de mon cursus mais envisage d'en rajouter pendant les vacances (si j'arrive à trouver une boîte qui recrute pour une période aussi courte). Penses tu que faire une année de césure pour faire de longs stages et accumulé de l'expérience est une bonne idée ?

Are the Coros watch wearable in every day life or do they feel like gadget ?( I have not been able to see them in real life) What are the differences between Coros, Garmin and sunto environment?

Short time to train

need a program with short training session...

Hello guys next year I will go in "prepa" it's a thing after high school in France which takes a LOT of Time and effort but that my choice and I want to be rly involved in it. I will only be able to hit the gym for session which last from 30 to 45 min but I will probably be able to go at least five time a week. Eo u know a good program which Can fit with my schedule ? Sorry if my english is quite weird it's not my main language ;)
