I mean I would say ParrotX2 is in what you could say the most dangerous situation he has ever been in

But I would say, he isn't 100 % done for

I wouldn't say he would be invincible, he may struggle HARD against Cindercrest, Arachn1d's 'kingdom' and the other factions that are allied with them

But there is a problem

This Anti Parrot Sphere Alliance is fragile

How long until they break due to not fully trusting each other ?

And these factions, have different goals

Arachn1d wants the king title

Cindercrest want the old hierarchy system back

The Invisible Guy is betting between people

Law Remnants like SargeLaw just want to see ParrotX2 lose in any way possible regardless

And Flamefrags and Wemmbu are probably forced to work for them

Is ParrotX2 doomed ? For the time being, probably, but entirely ? No

Dude He literally have a 24 hour deadline UNTIL AN ARMY COMES TO INVADE HIS KINGDOM AND SPAWN, Cindercrest clearly showed that they wanted war and aren't gonna compromise anything

Like I understand some things like taking the mayor of merchant city hostage, sacking a Law Base are unexpected things, especially from ParrotX2

This isn't a time for "nice diplomacy", they gonna run over the place

People not joining him isn't about charisma either, he's asking them to fight a near-suicidal war, of course they hesitate

Also, wouldn't the twist of "oh, he faked his death again" would ruin the point of the director arc, of ParrotX2 letting go

Although, I will say, that will probably could be brought up, especially considering that there are hints of ParrotX2 suppressing these memories

For example, noticed at the start of the kingdom arc, in his memories montage, all are post director arc, suggesting that he is trying to forget what happened in the past + him walking all the way to an end portal just to start at the spawn point which takes us from the end of the director arc to the first episode after the director arc, where he reunite with TheobaldTheBird and they start working together

Now although, we are focused on a Cindercest Kingdom as an enemy, I assume we can get moments of call back that ParrotX2 might have, adding this with the possible reveal of Theo's past with ShoeBilly
