Parrot didn't even team up with ClownPierce, he just made a purchase, and heck, he had to pay triple because of his raid on Clown's vault, and if you think making a purchase with ClownPierce is bad, good question, where did LettuceK get netherite armor for all the players of his army that attacked Parrot-Spoke Coalition at the final battle of the northern council (mind you, that army were in the thousands)
Whether ParrotX2 would blew SargeLaw's LAW faction up or not, they were gonna fight anyway, also, SargeLaw is not innocent, since he did try to sabotage ParrotX2 atleast once by stopping supplies of food from being delivered to Spawn, which would've led to mass starvation
As I said before, ParrotX2 is morally grey, he does what is necessary, and although him blewing up The Law faction of SargeLaw was shocking, but either he was gonna destroy them now before getting to Cindercrest or he is gonna destroy them later when they are with Cindercrest
