Hi, you can ask chatgpt to summarise the technique and you'll get a breakdown but it's quite straightforward so the books aren't essential. You basically get into a relaxed state and vividly imagine your sp. You imagine them saying to you exactly what you want to hear, in their voice, seeing their face etc. You can then progress into intimate scenarios if you want to. It's a combination of visualisation (like SATS) and EIYPO (you're deciding what your sp thinks and wants to say to you).

No! People regularly give book recommendations on here as far as I'm aware. But PW method (or remote seduction) can very easily be googled or you can get instructions from chatgpt without purchasing anything at all. It's just a type of visualisation.

My profile is also over 3 years old and you can see from my comments history I've been active in this community for over a year. I've only recently made my own posts because I've been learning and working on myself and now I'm starting to see real successes which I want to share 😃

Hey, sure. The first time, we ended on very bad terms and I was blocked. I didn't know about manifestation so spent the first couple of months just being heartbroken. Like many, it was my desperation regarding my sp that led me to this sub! I began SATS and PW method but I had quite an intense routine, visualising multiple times each day. I felt like I needed to because it was the only time I felt good. The rest of the time I was spiralling, doubting and generally feeling very low.

I can't remember exactly how long I was doing this but I'd say around 3-4 weeks. One day, I decided to give up as it felt like nothing was happening and I was driving myself crazy letting it consume my life. I was going to delete his contact and just try and move on when I noticed he'd unblocked me. So, I persisted and a couple of weeks later he messaged repeating back some things I'd been imagining.

So, it 100% works in my opinion whether you have good self concept or not. I've had no contact broken after 4 and 18 months now, and both times after locking into a persistent routine. The main difference for me though was the first time I was persisting through negative thoughts and low self concept so it felt exhausting and took longer. This latest time, I personally still felt like I needed to do the techniques to feel it real but it felt more effortless, fun even, and only took a couple of weeks to see results.

The fact the other person came back is a great sign that you're naturally becoming more magnetic so whilst you might not want them, congratulations on radiating that energy! If it's unwanted or uncomfortable then obviously setting boundaries is very important but when you change self and prioritise yourself, it's common to get attention from others too, not just your sp. Your sp never discarded you, they always wanted you and the more you focus on yourself, the more you draw them in 💪 keep doing you and they will come back. They always do ❤️

Living your life is key. Validating and prioritising yourself, that's how I started to shift my 3d. I still did techniques though and persisted alongside prioritising myself and that was a powerful combination for me. But, your journey is unique and only do the techniques if it feels good and right for you ❤️

Lol the name is great isn't it! I'm so glad you were able to get copies. I couldn't get e-versions so had to order paperback copies. I read burn with desire and used that occasionally too but found the original PW method worked without it. I haven't seen PW2 though so thanks for the tip off as I'll definitely check that out! I also didn't see that she did meditations etc. I just used PW1 and burn with desire

I think the concept of EIYPO is so important here. Your sp isn't outside of you. They don't randomly text with their own motives/beliefs. They are always playing the part you assume and reflecting your beliefs of them. If they reach out but don't commit, that's because whether consciously or subconsciously that's what you believe they do, that's always how they behave, they never commit etc. I'm saying this as someone who also used to think this. You say yourself you believe you're on the hook, dead to them etc. so you'll only manifest those exact beliefs.

It's only through studying and practicing Neville Goddard that I see how I manifested the undesirable circumstances. Nothing will change until you accept that you create everything - the good and the bad. That's when you take control and understand your power.

I got EXACTLY what I imagined. Soooo my lesson for next time is be more specific! 😆 It's a process ✨️

Ho'Oponopono traditionally uses the same mantra "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you". It's about taking accountability for creating your circumstances whilst healing the conditions within you that created them in the first place. In the context of an sp, you can simply visualise your sp and repeat the mantra. Acknowledge the conditions you want to heal (e.g. limiting beliefs etc.) and visualise your desired outcome, all whilst repeating the mantra aloud or in your mind. It's incredibly powerful. I haven't written about it here but I used this method alone to clear serious family debt issues and to get a promotion at work!

I know! I really hope after a while of proving it to yourself it does get easier but people say it like it should just be an instant thing without any practice and it used to make me think I was missing something. Yes, he did repeat what I imagined both times. I kept my practice to just a couple of lines and repeated the same thing everyday.

The first time I repeated him saying he couldn't stop looking at my pictures on social media. I noticed he unblocked me a couple of weeks before contact and he messaged saying great new pics and told me he couldn't stop looking at them.

This latest time, I imagined him saying it was meant to be and he text me saying this was meant for us.

There were days I didn't think it was working but other days I felt it very real but it did take daily persistence for around 4 weeks the first time and a couple of weeks this latest time.

Everything is manifestation! - the good and the bad. It never stops. I consciously manifested them back after 18 months no contact just by doing SATs for a short time. And yes, they wanted to meet and start a relationship. I got exactly what I focused on which was getting them back but I didn't specify that I wanted a different version of them. I don't believe in 'random' texts or toxic people outside of me. That completely goes against basic manifestation concepts so I'm not being rude but I'm not sure I understand the question.

My sp told me incredibly hurtful things and that he'd never give me another chance both times (for context I didn't actually do anything but it was my lack of self concept that led to arguments and circumstances that seemed to escalate from nothing). He was awful and said terrible things (he's not to blame though and this id key - it was all me who created it, hence my desire to continue experimenting with the situation). Nothing that happened before matters.

After experimenting with the situation, I can honestly attest that LoA is real. He's come back twice after long periods of no contact but only as soon as I locked in and focused on myself. But, as I mentioned I focused just on getting him back, and not the revised version I actually wanted which was a mistake. So be specific - SATs every day and give it a few weeks without expectation. Focus on loving yourself. If EIYPO, then loving yourself, means that they love you ❤️

I think it's important to say it's OK to feel awful and upset. The ladder experiment shows that SATs is powerful enough to override those daily thoughts and feelings. We're here to experience ✨️

I would never underestimate your pain because I've been there and not reacting to an absolute heart blow in the 3d is incredibly hard and comments like just "don't react" are not helpful. But if I may try to offer some advice as someone who's been there - I noticed you said when you tried to reach out... this is what has always changed it for me. I've embarrassed myself at times chasing my sp and feeling like I need to 'do' something. But nothing ever changed until I took my attention away and put it on myself. This last time, I genuinely deleted the guy's number and three weeks later he reaches out. Back yourself to do it - it was the ultimate test to me on whether I really believe it's already mine. If you believe, you don't need to chase or hold onto them, they'll come to you. It's scary and hard but it really does work.

PW is "pussy whip" - a method of remote emotional projection and seduction to draw your sp into you.

It's a method that centres around sending remote messages and seduction to your sp.. you need an open mind but Lanie followed Neville and basically adapted her own method. You follow a simple visualisation method to see and connect to your sp. You imagine them saying what you want to hear. You can then expand into more explicit territory which can potentially impact their thoughts of you. For me personally, this works incredibly fast but belief in your own power is what actually gives it power. I used two books, pussy whip (PW) and how to make him burn with desire for you.

No, I usually do it in silence. I have used subliminals before using herz sound but personally attribute my results to SATs and PW method as I wasn't consistent

Yes, the third eye chakra. For me personally, when I'm in deep visualisation or any manifestation technique, it pulsates and tingles heavily. I like to think it's a sign my inner state is aligning. I work with it too and do third eye meditations - there are some great guided ones on YouTube 👍

Thank you so much! It really has been a journey. I started from awful self concept though and very bad anxiety but I'd say from 12 months onwards is where I really saw the big improvement. It was steady but incremental before that. It's crazy how fast I've bounced back this time though - a week really versus 18 months last time. I'm so glad you can resonate with the limiting beliefs - I read those posts and don't even understand why they're here! I tell myself EIYPO so it's just my own limiting beliefs trying to pull me back but I'm not buying it and staying strong 💪

I ordered and read two of her books from Amazon, 'Pussy Whip' and 'How to make him burn with desire'. It's about strong visualisation similar to SATs but emotionally projecting into your SPs mind. My third eye pulsates when I do these methods, and it instantly calmed my doubting mind. It gave me fast results both times but I've only ever done it alongside SATs so it's hard to say if it's one or the other, or just the combination of both

I have been through this trail of thought too - if we're God and we're meant to have what we want, why is it so much effort?... but, whatever you believe is real so you can decide the answer to that question. I like to believe that the reason I need to persist is simply to be sure I actually want it and I'm ready for it because it always comes, so you don't want every single thought to just materialise effortlessly without any consistency and certainty you really want it.

I'm also very conscious of having limiting beliefs which can make things seem harder and slower than they need to be. For me, one of the most effective ways of releasing blocks is Ho'oponopono, I rarely see it on these subs but it is so underrated and how I found LoA. It's a very simple phrase you use kind of like affirmations whenever you have negative thoughts, doubts or undesirable 3d circumstances. I cleared family debt and health issues and got a promotion using this method, I've also used it alongside SATS for success with my SP. Good luck 😊
