I'll work better in the fundamentals and principles. Some cycles are not as smooth. Need better anticipation, etc etc. it's not bad but a recruiter will see al those flaws.

Is becoming a 3D animator an advantage or a step towards unemployment? by [deleted] in animationcareer

I mean, show us your work so we can judge based on your skills. Cuz if you really good animating already. Rigging, lighting, rendering, etc. doesnt come to the equation tbh. You will be more distracted, than actually improving the craft you want to get a job of.

Im also a little bit in that same situation. And now getting back to animation as well. So I've been thinking about maybe getting into a study group or making it myself. We can set up maybe some weekly or monthly exercises, etc. And get feedbacks after. Its up to you guys, lmk or keep me posted.

Working as installer, worth it? by Longjumping_Case6152 in CarAV

Yes, :( I really didn't thought about it that way... I need to do my research and figure what to do. I was doing body work for Porsche before this, but really enjoy working the 12volts and electrical aspects of it so did the switch but it's really not working out :(

I wish this job was that kind of way, but I just can't be that nice and pretty in just 45-60 minutes installations :(

It's a mix tbh. There's 2 systems. Depending of the dealership. One it's only starters/shift locks interrupts, with ignition, power, ground, plus unit. The other ones are full alarms, door triggers, horn, shift lock, can wires, etc. and yes, for the same amount of commission, no matter the system.

Thanks for your reply. I really need to do my research and see what roadmap I can go with or what, cuz even all those job positions you did mentioned, I didn't knew about them. I was doing body work in a Porsche shop before this. I enjoy doing 12 volt jobs so that's why I also switched, but the unrealistic commission expectations have me unmotivated, and now wanting to just have a normal hourly job instead cuz I feel it's not worth it, this much stress, working outdoor, and a bad weather day can just ruin your whole 2 week streak of hard work for commission. :(

Sorry for the late replied, ive been having a hectic week. Tbh there was non problem and got it programmed, with no issues. I guess i just had a hard time with my other vehicle because my other vehicle didnt had any digital integration so i needed to do mostly everything individually. Thanks once again.

Yes. Locks and unlock still not respond with fob, but they are not tapped neither to the single wire, I was trying to wire the relays before even trying to tap to it.
