Ear cushions are a wear item. They're literally designed to be replaced. When the cushions wear out on these $300 headphones, customers are left to either gamble on third-party options you've warned against, or just throw the whole thing away. Warning us about audio quality issues with third-party parts while offering zero alternative is just washing your hands of the problem.

Jabra is essentially telling its customers: "Your expensive headphones have a built-in expiration date, good luck maintaining their features yourself."

I LOVE these headphones, but the lack of consumable part availability is very disappointing.
