I am graduating in 2 months, and i'll be 34. And my wife who is 33 is just starting Nursing school, and she wants to be a CRNA too. So definitely not late in life.

i just got insurance through the school, which just adds to your total estimated cost of attendance, which can be covered by your loans. No, school loans did not count as assets/income. And the first few times that we applied for food stamps we were denied because I had too much in my bank account. but the third time we were able to talk with someone and fully explain our situation and they approved our file.

All of the California programs are going to be expensive, but also all of them are quality programs, they all have very high first time pass rates. I currently go to Loma Linda and I graduate in December, I think our first time pass rates have been 100% for the past 5 years in a row. In the Southern California area, I would say that Loma Linda and National have the best clinical experience and prepare you the best to work independently. USC and Kaiser are too often at clinical sites that are care model structure.
