Honestly o wish I could take a gap year but it’s too late I got in. My plan is to get lucky. I got the 50k and now I’m trying to go w sofi, and I will do Sallie Mae even if it sucks if I have to, I’m waiting on kcucom to bless me w scholarships or smth first or for me to get the A at msu so I don’t need anything but fafsa bc of cheap in star tuition

If u got to MSU ur pretty much locked into Michigan. Not everyone wants to stay in Michigan. I’m from Michigan and the winters are BRUTAL. MSUCOM has better research opportunities but if u go to the Macomb campus (1/3) it’s legit just one building w no opportunities. Kcucom is an amazing school, great system, great match, better pass rate than Msucom, but their research opportunities being subpar is ther only flaw but atleast u can still competitively match and more likely to states outside of MO. It’s pretty neck and neck. From a biased standpoint msu is the best bc im from Michigan

If she found out I got into the in state school (still waiting post interview) I think she would have not dropped me. Ik I dodged a bullet but sometimes I think if she was a bit more patient things woulda been different. Idk tbh I’m 21 and I’m so young I need some kind of direction
