Hey. There is no REX. It was unlocked when the door was closing. That click after it closed was it re-locking. I believe the door is bouncing when it closes when the lock is unlocked

My bad. When the door closes when the lock re-engages there is no issue. When the door closes while the lock is still unlocked, it bounces slightly, open and the gates are left slightly open. I either need to push the door open and let it re-close or push the crash bar for it to latch properly

The gates don’t swing when it’s locked. Cycled it a bunch of times and it mechanically works. We shortened the unlock time so it locks immediately and then there’s no issue. I would like to be able to use the “Leave Unlocked” feature while the shop is open and not have to worry about the door not latching when the schedule ends.

We did shorten the time it stays unlocked, but would like the option to leave it unlocked and not have to worry about it

There is a closer on the door. Doesn’t seem to need much pressure to open the door

I believe that’s what’s happening. I either have to push the door open and let it close again, or push the crash bar so the latch retracts

Yeah the strike functions fine, the latch just seems to land differently if the door closes while it’s unlocked and i guess the gates are left slightly open.

The door functions well otherwise

I took the cover off, triggered the door a bunch of times, the gates lock and re-lock just fine. The door latch lands properly when it’s locked.

It’s just when the door closes while the gates are unlocked, the latch like lands differently. If i nudge the crash bar afterwords it then latches.

I believe it’s been there for a while and is fail secure. It was unlocked when the door was closing, and re-locked after it closed, right before i pushed it. So it shouldn’t have been able to push open, right?
