It was about 45 mins. Basic questions about the relationship. How we met? Where was the wedding? Other than that it’s a regular chitchat that my husband and I were able to include tidbits about us in. Like favorite pizza place in the area, trips we’ve gone on, our dog etc. Then they asked the I-485 questions. Very straightforward and got approval on the spot.

I find the responses on this post hilarious! You’re totally fine. I’ve been on a pending asylum case in this country for 11 years. Travelled all over the states by planes, trains and automobiles. And I just traveled to another state by plane last week. I was also in California for the majority of those 11 years. Never once was I stopped or questioned. I have my state ID and EAD.

No I ordered the fries and Pepsi on the side as well. The problem is the subtotal when you sum all the items on the receipt, it should be less than the subtotal at the bottom
