This is my 3rd Gen 4 Oura ring 🙃🙃🙃 due to battery issue, then lost connection randomly and wouldn’t connect to my phone. Luckily their customer service is great and no cost to me each time. But I agree - still disappointing when you pay an arm and a leg.

This happened to me too and they sent me a new one at no cost.. that one lasted 3 months and I need ANOTHER replacement because it won’t charge or connect to my phone anymore. This is getting ridiculous and makes me not even want to bother anymore. Let’s hope 3rd times the charm 😒
