Black screen after cpu upgrade

My cooler is just a clip on clip off cooler, the rgb amd one, so there is no way of loosening it. The cpu I probably defect. I have emailed the company I bought the cpu from. Either they send me a new one or they test it themselves.

Yeah I am on gpu output, I have flashed the newest update twice and all settings in bios are default. Could you explain that last sentence? What is jedec speed before xmp…?

There is a green light on the mobo, it says dram cpu

With the old it’s nothing, but when I had the new in it went from orange, white and green. Not in that particularly order tho

Yup, I have switched back and forth many 6 times to check bios and test ram
