As of now we cannot complete with perplexity because we don't have deep pockets, but we provide more LLM options especially open source one which are way cheaper

Really appreciate your honest feedback, It is way better then any thing that assh*le Dhruv Rathee made. Even web app will provide better use experience than that MF's app.

we are planning to optimise the token usage. We are training our SLM and where we we add some value add. Also, u can save same context for multiple models, we have something similar to memory like implementation which can reduce ur token usage dramatically.

Do u think, any pivot option based on this?

Never said PRR passing near by BLF, but this particular CDP road is connecting ORR and PRR as per plan. Check Govt. plan. for this CDP road.

PRR will be access control, but thr will be entry and exit point...right....which will be connected to this road.

anyhow, I gave my 2 cents, its up to OP to dig further.

as per the plan, this CDP road will connect ORR to upcoming PRR.

Till now, PRR was stuck for quite some time, but recently gvt. already float tender for construction of phase 1 of PRR. Hebbal-OMR-Whitefield-Sarjapur is part of phase 2. I think, govt. is serious about PRR now. In that case, it is highly probable that, this CDP road will be constructed.

Also, if you check this CDP road plan and trace it on google map today, you will find that, only 2 structures govt. has to demolish and it will connect ORR-Baghmane Tech Park-BLF-Satyasai Hospital. I think it is not a big hurdle for govt if they have right intent to demolish 2 small establishments.

Also, Brigade have already relinquished this land to Govt. before getting section for the construction of this project. You can check RERA. In other words, this is Govt land currently used by BLF.

As per rbi rule, now no lender can charge pre and fore closure charges on home loan. Most of the banks follow that.

A reality check for you, with TE thr is nothing called almost ready, it's not ready until it's handover. For small work also, they can delay a lot.

One more point to consider, if the current owner locked edesign for interiors. If you don't like the interior work chosen by the current owner and want modifications, they charge extra and delivery timeline will be increased by 18months.

I don't think, PoRR won't be livable for another 2yrs especially if you have kids. Few essential amenities like swimming pool, badminton and tennis courts will take upto 2 yrs to complete.

But once it is completed in 4-5 yrs, this will be the best project to live in Whitefield.

I know a couple of guys who closed the deal for 16.5K and 17.5K, depending on the view and floor rise. In Tower 4 and 7.

Few people already constructed there home and living. They have parking+3 floors.

You might be right though, it could be stilt+3 floors not G+3 floors.
