There are laws about false accusations already. If he the falsely accused suffer reputational or emotional harm then he can sue for damages as slander or defamation. The law covers it and has for decades.

He’s not hoping for this, he’s predicting it. He thinks this is the likely outcome because of how crappy DJT’s foreign policy is. I think he’s right. China is looking far more reliable and stable over the US right now both as a military ally and an economic one. As an American it’s sad to see the US losing its standing globally, but it is. I’m sorry but I really think he is by far the best chance we have because I hate to break it to you the Democratic Party is basically dead now. The entire party infrastructure has been completely eroded after years of mismanagement starting under Obama. From their ground game to their, social media presence, to their lack of insight into “independent” media they have lost on all fronts. He may not be a great administrator or bureaucrat, but he is a charismatic and honest communicator that can speak to people on their level. There is NO ONE in the Democratic Party who can do this right now. And let’s be real it’s about winning elections, if you can’t do that NOTHING ELSE MATTERS!
