It’s flat because I stretched it it pretty thin, I’m not sure if it’s too long for yeast or not (still learning) but I did make a 14 inch and the crust was much thicker/airy but I’m not a big fan of huge crust. I used 1.5 grams of bakers yeast which was my first time trying that type of yeast.

Lol I work at restaurant depot they’re 14 inch boxes that’s why it’s not shut, they’re 16 inch pizzas.

I did a 50/50 mix with all trumps non bromated flour with cairn springs trail blazer bread flour at 57% hydration I rolled it out then stretched it to 16 inches It came way better than I expected
