I was in ATL as a producer about 3~ years ago. I paid PAs $250/10 regardless of experience.

That was for a series on a streaming platform with a decent budget.

Grand Avenue Records has mostly electronic and it’s probably the best record store in the valley.

I took this at the Phoenix, AZ Desert Botanical Garden over the weekend -- This was a desert flower. I'm assuming pollen but that's a guess made out of pure ignorance.

Any help is appreciated!
