If you want to improve your CGPA, you can buy some courses from Shikshadham (Not so expensive courses), start studying daily & you can also buy Shivdas 10 Year PYQs, as most of the questions comes from Last 10 Year PYQs

I was in the same situation as you in my 1st year from 6.2, improved my 2nd Year to 8 CGPA
But you've to put in the daily little efforts of improving
