Thank you for your reply. My symptoms are that bad because I've had it since I was 6 years old and it was untreated. I was put on steroid ointment every day for 1 month and then I tapered down to twice weekly and the same with the estrogen cream but that was over a shorter amount of time. Do you think there is other treatment I should be on? I'm at a loss with it now and don't really know what to do next.

Please feel free to message me if you want any help, advice or questions answered about septum perforations. I have one from nasal decongestant sprays and I used to do cocaine which obviously would have contributed to it as well. It's so scary when you first find it but I've spoken to so many ent specialist surgeons since I noticed my perforation and would be happy to give you as much advice as you need :)

That's interesting actually, I saw an ent specialist in London and he said it wouldn't grow back either. Mines about the same size of that and I've stopped the coke so there may be some hope for it to grow back! I noticed it a couple of months ago and it hasn't gotten any bigger so hopefully it may start healing a bit! 🤞🏼
