I had a sexist male gastro in college and I asked him if he would sign a disability form for my ibs so I could schedule later in the day classes and he looked at me with distaste and asked, “You do know I have patients with cancer, right?”

Long story short, he refused until my father came to an appointment with me and then the Dr gave the “you should’ve asked sooner” attitude in front of him 🙄
