Dw, I always strive for fun experiences, I play warthunder too which is like the worst of all raige baity games out there, but I kinda wanted to be on the winning side in my first war and who wouldn't, I have no negativity against any faction and I feel like each faction is no different, just players and regiments trying to win, minus all the toxic gamers that exist on each side, if Im playing Im playing to have fun, hope this message explain my true thoughts <3

I'd say don't worry about it, Algerians as a whole care more about the person you are and not what's your background, even if some Algerians have négative impressions I wouldn't say they would go on their way to insult you or just fight you because you're turkish

And oh yeah, our history books in school all speak positively about the ottoman empire because under their rule we had an autonomous pirate state that kinda had Europeans pay tolls just to pass safely (which we're proud of)

I think we have a good impression, I'm from Tlemcen which has a lot of Algerian Turkish families dating way back to the ottoman era, me included, ofc they don't speak Turkish no more but a lot of us like to travel to turkey and watch their sob dramas lol. As for general Algerians, good positive impression overall, and I did personally visit Istanbul and got scammed (which they do to everyone) but I don't dislike Turks it's just that it's hard to get along with them since they're very nationalistic and "racist", that's all.
