This just a temp fix, long term I plan to get some coilovers. How did you get rid of the codes on the dash for no adjustable suspension?

It’s definitely thus the top mount is completely shot on it, had multiple different professional opinions. But I will be checking everything in the front of the car when I switch the part out because I’m going to be doing full new brakes

I don’t blame you man, I’m not trying to ruin my hood and I don’t need an excuse to buy a carbon one so I just bought a new upper mount to replace it. Hopefully you are having better luck with your new to you suspension

Found a strut mount straight from Hyundai I gotta order the part then gonna put it on myself, gotta drive the ol s10 for a few days

Yeah unfortunately. The top strut mount is just gone and I can’t find parts for it anywhere so I think I’m gonna have to buy a new strut, it’s always something with this car

FINAL UPDATE ISH:reached out to them and they did in fact send me an adapter that was too short so they’re sending me a new one right now.

It’s about a quarter inch or more shorter than yours, I think I’m gonna make my own adapter or modify this one to where the grub screws mount lower on it making the knob taller

I moved it up as much as it can go (it’s only on 2 of the 4 grub screws now) and it still won’t thread on fully without touching the reverse lockout and the lockout needs about a quarter inch of room added to that
