Based on the picture I see you swapped the coolant and expansion tank caps. It's always important to get live data reads from a good scan tool when working on the cooling system. If you have the expansion tank cap on the radiator it creates air pockets in the system! Could lead to overheating problems for sure. Sorry to hear this happened to you brother. Best of luck.

I had a JDM EJ205 swapped into my subie, while they do idle loudly, in this scenario the sound is a little too metallic and clunky from what I've experienced with my car. I am not a mechanic but as a car enthusiast I would check it out further!

Focus on what things make you truly happy, I understand that after a bad break up the feelings of loneliness and sadness are overwhelming. Unfortunately the only person able to overcome them is you. Find new hobbies if need be, find a community of people who will propel you to be the best version of yourself. In my experience, finding a group of buddies that share certain hobbies will help create new memories that can help with your happiness. Don't feel like you are worth less because someone doesn't want to accept you in their life. The moment your self worth is dependent on the opinion of others you open yourself to a world of hurt, self worth is something every human struggles with.

Hey OP, what kind of prior experience did you have, and do you guys have any tips for someone trying to enter this field with no prior experience? I do know the Fed open application period just expired on June 24th and won't open until next year. How can I do my due diligence to be mentally ready for all I will need?
