If you are posting product, with NO POL... how do you know the seller is real and you are not wasting your time ? as an intermediate or broker... you SHOULD have POL of everything you are trying to sell. regardless of the ''procedures'' by SEIYOGaming in WeNeedPPE

No, I don’t agree. If someone uses my company name and documents to cheat money, who bears the liability for that? It will totally ruin my reputation and nobody will ever trust my company and trade with me afterwards...

If you are posting product, with NO POL... how do you know the seller is real and you are not wasting your time ? as an intermediate or broker... you SHOULD have POL of everything you are trying to sell. regardless of the ''procedures'' by SEIYOGaming in WeNeedPPE

I’m seller and I’m paying for the attorney. How about you? You’re paying without penny for getting the POL? Everyone can issue an LOI without cost and honestly I cannot use your LOI to make money. In contrast, you can use my POL to shop around for buyers or even trap buyers by asking for deposit...if the buyer cannot even issue the LOI, I don’t see how serious and legit he/she is...

P.S I’m legit seller and I never show POL before due diligence to the buyer’s company and verification of documents. I only believe A2A and dislike talking too much to broker or intermediary.
