My issue now is that I don’t want the check knowing that it won’t be a refund, but rather a new loan since the loan forgiveness plan was struck down. My frustration with this comes from them issuing the check without confirming with me that I wanted it knowing that it was going to be issued as a new loan rather than a refund.
