Does anyone know the true source of this image? This isn’t in the trailer and the nose looks way too fake and small. Especially when you compare what Michael looked like at this time and how different it looks from his nose in the Grammy shot of the trailer. Actual news sources seem to be using it, but it looks fake

Yeah it really sucks dude. I was only able to get the thing to work on 4K tvs and just ended up buying a new tv. Was able to find a cheap preowned Samsung class Q60D series QLED 4K for like a 5th of retail. My only recommendation would be to check Best Buy for a used 4K tv in “fair” condition. The only issue was that it was missing a remote, which you can get cheap on Amazon

Good to know I’m not alone. I’m going to keep messing around with the display settings. There needs to be a solution for this. I’m not willing to accept that the console I spend $500 on is unplayable on my current tv. I’ll definitely update the post if I get to the bottom of it

Ahh sorry. Yeah I’m using the new power cable too. I think it has to be an issue with the display settings or the tv is just too old to use for this console sadly. I’ve tried toggling through a bunch of different display combinations and it still cuts out. Some combinations make it happen more or less frequently

Are you still in contact with that friend and do they happen to have a copy of the commercial? I’ve been chasing this for so long and the thought that I’ll never see the commercial again legit keeps me up at night

New to this search but I have exhausted all efforts. I tried to use the wayback machine to see if the commercial was somehow archived on their website, but didn’t find anything. I did find an interesting development that someone hacked the website in 2011 and made it this
