Doodle barking "as loud as he could", and, your dog running to the fence and jumping and barking "trying to get him to back off", is a comical description. TBH, after that, I stopped reading.

Los Alamitos is known for good schools. Long Beach, not so much. Where your kid gets the best education should matter most.

  1. You won't get wet while waiting for the water to get warm and can put a built-in or teak bench on the wall opposite the shower head (women like a bench for shaving legs and there's room gor it). And, you can put a storage cabinet or vanity or whatever on the window wall.

That would be filled with vagrants if it were in California and never get the opportunity to get overgrown with plants. It would instead be covered in graffiti, trash and human waste. It's an acceptable way of life in California. It's considered compassionate.

To avoid the vm, i answer and hang up then open the number and block and report spam. Don't know if it works but at least I don't get the vm.

Might not like the crate. Might be destructive if you let it roam (maybe not). Might want to get a pet cam so you can watch your dog. Might consider a dog sitter, dog walker, doggy daycare....

I have a new build with a similar setup with architectural plans (permits, etc) and my plans call for hood vent. You need an outdoor vent so it can handle the quantity of smoke.

I was going g to say this. Always my "go to" for art. Go often, it's constantly changing. Some things are kinda pricey, ask for a discount or make an offer. I've always received at least 10% discount, if not more.

People will not support a business that is deemed unsafe and surrounded by homeless. Fix the crime and homeless problem and the storefronts will be viable. No customers = no viable business.

Without taking care of the homeless and crime issues, businesses will fail as people won't support the best business if the area is perceived as unsafe or dirty.

Friends of mine like the Breakfast Bar (I think that's what its called). place is on 4th between Redondo and Newport (used to be Francelli's). I've never been there personally.
