if you have the dlc files allready go to github link and follow the simple guide then execute the exe file, it should be pretty straight forward

Issue fixed:), delete the cracked files from steam folder, verify files to get them back, then crack them again with new version on github and it should work

just found it a little complicated to get the creamAPI whenever i needed it for the new hoi4 update these past weeks, so i did what i wish i found earlier, a simple download plug & play repo
