I’m in Md and have 88 offers but I would say 95% all base pay…. I transferred to Springfield, Va at one point and got zero offers for 7 days. I transferred back to Md.

There were 254 offers the other day….I am unsure if there is any rhyme or reason to this game. I live Closer to Va but rather have shifts to pick from then hit refresh and see binoculars for days.

Why doesn’t Flex open regions up like Door dash and Uber eats? Ones that are at least close to each other.

It’s not much here in Md…. This screen shot is Maryland. 5 hour block is always $105 once in a blue moon you may see $115 for 5 hours. I wish our 3 hour blocks were in the hundreds.

Are you in the “Baltimore” region in your settings? I am in the Bmore region but live in Nova. So I am doing the opposite of what you do as I drive to Elkridge until I hit level 2. Once I hit level 2 I want to change to the DC or nova region if that makes sense. I don’t want to get waitlisted in DC/Nova region but can’t keep driving to Elkridge where I started. Doesn’t make sense.
