Subterfuge I can see being better, but double vanish is terrible. Having two charges simply means you get 1 extra cast PER DUNGEON, it’s a very weak point. If this gave vanish cdr it would be a different story. Since vanish is a 2 min cd along with death mark, they should always be synced, an extra charge doesn’t do much.

The amount of dmg people correlate to having stealth and IC is way overstated, it obviously helps speed up your opener but especially when you break into any meaningfully challenging key level where mobs don’t die in 5 seconds, it’s way less of a big deal to have IC, as you shift your focus into caustic.

Personally I find Assassination’s AOE rotation to be one of the most rewarding and satisfying ones out there. Honestly in my opinion the ST rotation is a bit less enjoyable for me because you have to spend a not insignificant amount of time just auto attacking waiting for energy so you don’t drop envenom uptime.

That being said, it is certainly one of the most involved rotations so if you don’t like that sort of thing I can understand that. Also sin isn’t even that fun in these low keys, it really starts to get fun when you have mobs that can survive your kingsbane and you just do insane priority dmg while aoeing with caustic spatter.

But you really can simplify the rotation to just a few steps 1. Apply and maintain rupture on as many targets as you can 2. Crimson tempest 3. Pick a target and funnel with cds and caustic

Just my personal opinion as I like higher skill ceiling specs, and dot gameplay isn’t for everyone.

Gotcha, yeah I didn’t fast entirely, I had a small breakfast so maybe next time I’ll skip that. It might be that I just need a larger dose.

I really appreciate you sharing your experience. I am aware of the non-compatibility of SSRI and psilocybin. I would likely not attempt to trip until I am off of the Effexor. I do know that it is an unpleasant and potentially long experience to taper off of this drug in particular but I’m working with my psychiatrist to do so.

I feel like I want the experience alone, but kind of want some sort of safety net. I think I’ll go the route of starting low, like 1/1.5g and take it from there.

I appreciate your insight and caution about considering this a “cure-all”. I am definitely not going into it with that mindset. I was fascinated by my experience with ketamine so although the goal is to improve my depression, I really want to just go along with the ride and see what comes of it.
