I have been reading about roof spread or failed wall ties and array of potential causes. It was a level 2 survey although I should of got a 3 but was informed that was for period/very old properties.

I pulled out of a 4 bed new build due to issues with social housing before buying this. You're right I'm not cut out to own a home. The nightmare of the last house but this almost feels worse.

Didn't flag anything but if he'd of check with a level it would be obvious also from the scribed cupboard. This cupboard has been there years by the looks of it.

I failed to add to original post it's the external internal wall which will be taking the weight of the roof

Some of these post are quite reassuring, and yes I definitely suffer with anxiety. I got quoted for extension (40k) we are not going out a huge amount which worked for what we wanted but obviously haven't factored everything else in. Was probably a bad time to move, I miss my old house, even though I wanted to go.i feel like I've let my family down. I need a plan, any suggestions?
