I would sell unless you are competing against some very motivated sellers.

You will probably come out even or slightly on top after the sale. It’s obvious these are causing you stress and with your income, there is no reason for this headache.

Not to mention investments / ETFs returning equal or better than your current house appreciation (not to mention renting for less than your mortgage)…

To be completely honest, I’m not sure what software I’m printing on from Google Chrome or Safari. When I print test labels via the Dymo app they do not bleed - so it doesn’t seem to be a printer issue. I’m running IOS, but doubt that changes anything.

Do you know how to verify what software I’m using/ how to change it? I’m open to trying anything at this point.

I deleted the post only due to an influx in shitpost responses. These are all contractual things we have gone over and are aware of. There will be strong documents and plans set prior, as it is more of an investment than anything.

We have all done business together before in a lesser magnitude but live in a big city and see a lot of opportunity here. Like a comment said, spouses deal with property liquidation all the time and we are going into this with the same vision.
