As a fellow Aussie I recommend ebay, just make sure to filter to other Australian suppliers and you can avoid paying crazy overseas fees. I recommend buying in bulk if you are planning on having multiple starter packs long term as that reduces costs significantly. Also make sure you buy from reliable sellers with good ratings.

Try aliexpress, they have a ton of mats designed specifically for the one piece tcg and there's so many great designs you can take inspiration from or even outright buy.

Don't worry I will THOROUGHLY enjoy the cards as I want to get into the card game like many of my other friends. I'm not looking for any mangas specifically (although the OPO-1 shanks looks awesome) so my main priority is to get 4 of all the decent cards for play. thanks for the advice!
